You will save many thousands of dollars in commission fees. For example, let’s say your home sells for $400,000. Most regular Agents will charge the maximum legally allowable fee (some erroneously call it the REIQ rate) which is 5% of $18,000 and 2.5% of the balance, i.e. $11,495.00 inc gst. Our fees range from just $995.00

Nine out of ten people now use the Internet to search for properties to buy. But, Private Sale or Serve Yourself type websites attract very little Buyer attention and the lack of enquiry can disappoint. The vast majority of Buyers search realestate.com.au for their next property, and good exposure of correctly priced properties will attract Buyers for us to work with.

You get to show your property to prospective Buyers, We arrange an inspection time to suit both parties. This gives you the opportunity to point out all the features, plus the benefits of the location - after all, you know your property better than any salesperson does.

Many Agents will ask for a marketing contribution, which is usually heavily weighted toward newspaper advertising – great for the Agents profile to obtain more listings, but our data on Buyer Sources tells us that, only a minor percentage of Buyers now find their next purchase in the newspaper. This trend is accelerating and new research will no doubt show an even heavier bias toward the internet.

A fully qualified and experienced Agent will oversee your sale from listing day to settlement day. Your Agent will keep you informed of progress, and negotiate on your behalf for the best price and terms. Contracts are prepared and managed right through to settlement.


How can we do all this, and charge such low fees?

  • By asking you to show Buyers through your property, we avoid having to give half of our gross earnings from each sale to a salesperson.
  • We don’t maintain a shopfront, with all the attendant costs. In stark contrast to when we started in Real Estate back in the 1980’s, less than 5% of Buyers now visit a Real Estate office as first point of call to search for their next property.
  • By serving all areas of Queensland, we access a much bigger marketplace than would be possible operating in just one locality.
